Nerinossa

I just trashed a comment made by a Blogger user named "nerinossa" that consisted of a partial quote from the blog post they were commenting on. Nerinossa's Blogger profile is set to private so I can't contact them about the odd comment, so I did a web search on the name "nerinossa." What I found was similar comments--i.e. partial quotes from the commented blog--on about a half-dozen blogs. Is it just a case of nerinossa not knowing how to use the Blogger comment interface, is the interface malfunctioning, or is nerinossa some type of new spam bot being tested on us poor bloggers? Nerinossa, if you can hear me, let us know who and what you are.
